As president and co-founder of n-gen People Performance Inc., Giselle is dedicated to building strategies and programs that target, motivate and engage a multigenerational workforce. She is a sought after resource to industry leaders, having worked with 18 of the top Fortune 500 companies. Over 60,000 people globally have experienced an n-gen workshop or presentation. With close to 20 years of experience in learning and development, she has devoted more than fifteen years to researching the impact that generational differences have on organizational performance.

Giselle has created solutions and programs in six practice areas – sales & customer service; leadership; team building; Millennials & Gen Z and Human Resources. She has co-authored two books: Loyalty Unplugged: How to Get, Keep & Grow All Four Generations and Upgrade Now: 9 Advanced Leadership Skills.  As a human resources expert, Giselle is regularly quoted in national publications and appears on television and radio, including CBC, CTV News Channel and News Talk radio.

Giselle has a Master’s degree in communication studies from the University of Windsor. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and raises money for breast cancer research in her free time.

Palmer brings a vast experience in coaching and training clients to achieve breakthrough business results.  His proven and workable strategies, taken from over 20 years of coaching Fortune 500 and Quebec 100 companies are easily implemented by all levels of management to engage and advance individuals and organizations.

His experience in the Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, High Tech and Service sectors are varied and include work with Canada’s industry leading firms.  He has worked in executive boardrooms of some of Canada’s top corporations assisting their leaders to formulate strategies to connect, motivate and engage a multigenerational workforce. As a highly engaging speaker, Peter delivers keynote presentations and training programs that help clients achieve business success.

He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Marketing and also earned a diploma in French Radio & Television Broadcasting. His practical “non academic” approach, has made Peter a popular guest faculty member and workshop leader for the last 10 years at the McGill International Executive Institute.  He has also:lectured to MBA classes at H.E.C.; been a featured speaker at French Quebec Universities; and is a long standing keynote speaker at Concordia and the John Molson School of Business.

Tarina is an expert facilitator and trusted coach who has built her career and expertise on leading and facilitating teams to ensure sustainable high performance and high team engagement. As an associate with n-gen, Tarina brings a wealth of expertise around life-work integration and leadership. She is the co-author of “More Life, Please!” with well-known and sought after Dr. Christian Marcolli whose areas of expertise include working with top athletes worldwide such as Roger Federer.

Tarina has a broad reputation for expert facilitation skills, a direct and pragmatic communication style and inspirational leadership. Her focus is always on the alignment of personal and organizational vision and goals and enabling teams to achieve successful and transformational outcomes.

Tarina was the recipient of two global awards while at Novartis Pharmaceuticals for her outstanding commitment to innovation and excellence in the area of Diversity and Inclusion and Performance Management. She holds a double major in Human Relations and Sociology and additionally holds two coaching certifications.
